Additional Email Storage
It is possible to purchase additional space for an email account; this space is purchased in 10GB packages, and you choose which account to assign it to. The additional space will be added to the space already included in your hosting plan.
IMPORTANT
- The additional email accounts are billed proportionally based on the hosting's lifetime
- They are contracted in packages of 5 email accounts
- They will be renewed along with your hosting plan
Purchasing additional email space
To purchase additional space, access the hosting management in your client area:

We open the menu with the three dots on the right of "Change plan" and click on "Additional products."

We choose the "10GB email space" option, and the option to purchase additional space will open by clicking the "+" button.

We complete the payment in the cart, and the space will be activated for us to assign it to the desired account.
Managing purchased additional space
The additional space is purchased in 10GB packages, so it will need to be assigned to accounts in blocks of 10GB. A maximum of 30GB additional space can be assigned to an email account.
To assign it, we go to email management and click the button with three dots at the end of the chosen account's line.

In the window that will open, we choose how many packages we want to assign and click "Add."

Canceling additional space
To cancel the additional space, it must not be assigned, so first, follow the same process as before, but click on the "-". Once removed, we will follow the purchasing process and again click on the "-", doing so will prompt you to mark two checkboxes to confirm the operation.
Cancellation of the additional space is immediate.
