Additional email accounts
Our hosting and email plans (except for Mini) allow for the addition of extra email accounts. These additional email accounts will have the same capacity as those in the rest of the plan.
IMPORTANT
- Additional email accounts are billed proportionally to the duration of the hosting service
- They are contracted in packages of 5 email accounts
- They will be renewed along with your hosting plan
Contracting additional email accounts
To initiate the contract, access the Client Area and go to the hosting management section.

Open the menu with the three dots to the right of "Change plan" and click on "Additional products".

Select the option "Email accounts", and the option to add additional accounts will open by clicking the "+" button.

Complete the payment, and the accounts will be added to your hosting/email plan.

Canceling additional email accounts
To cancel additional email accounts follow the same process as before, but click on the "-", and it will ask you to check two boxes to confirm the operation.
The cancellation of additional email accounts is immediate.
