The recovery of backups that are not due to DonDominio system failure has an additional cost, so we recommend performing manual backups with some frequency. This way, you can restore your website in case of mistakenly modifying files, deleting them, etc.
To request the recovery of a backup, it will be necessary to open a ticket from the "Support" option in the client area.
