Could the owner-registrar of the domain lose ownership of same?

This situation can occur in these three cases:

1- If you lose a dispute over the domain in a case handled by the ICANN (organization responsible for overseeing the global domain registration system). In that case, the new owner will be the winner of the dispute.

2- If the payment is not valid, is returned, or is fraudulent. In that case, the domain becomes the property of DonDominio.

3- If the domain expires due to non-payment of the renewal fee. In that case, the domain will be available until an interested third party registers it.
