Can I change my hosting plan?

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, by paying the proportional part for the remaining time of your current hosting. However, it will only be possible to downgrade to a lower plan during the renewal period of the current hosting (last 30 days before its expiration).

Upgrade to a Higher Hosting Plan

You can upgrade to a higher hosting plan from the hosting management panel at any time. To access this panel, from your client area, go to the “Hosting and Mail” section, and click on the domain name associated with that hosting.

Once inside the hosting management panel, in the “Summary” section, you will see the “Change plan” button for it.

Downgrade to a Lower Hosting Plan

You can downgrade to a lower hosting plan from the hosting management panel, as long as it is in the renewal period (When less than 30 days remain before expiring).

The procedure will be to renew the hosting by selecting a different hosting plan.

From the hosting management panel, when in the renewal period, the “Change plan” button will not appear, and instead, the “Renew service” button in green will appear.

Clicking “Renew service” will display the following message. To be able to choose another hosting plan, we must click the highlighted word “here”.

Complete the Change of Hosting Plan

Once we have chosen the new plan with one of the aforementioned methods, all that remains is to process the shopping cart to complete the change.
