Rev: 4-20220428In compliance with the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and Council, of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter, GDPR), this Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data that SOLUCIONES CORPORATIVAS IP, S.L. –hereinafter 'SCIP or DONDOMINIO'– performs as Controller and/or Processor of these data, in relation to data that users and/or customers (natural persons) provide as a result of contracting the services provided by SCIP, (hereinafter, the "Services"), or collected in any of the sections of the website www.dondominio.com.
If you disagree with the terms of this Policy, do not access or use the Services. This Privacy Policy is not applicable to any other product, service or activity of third parties.
SCIP warns that, unless there is a legally constituted representation, no user and/or customer can use the identity of another person and communicate their personal data, so the data you provide to SCIP should be your own personal data, corresponding to your own identity, accurate, relevant, current, precise, and true. In this sense, the user and/or customer will be solely responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to third parties or to SCIP for the use of another person's data or their own data when they are false, erroneous, outdated, inappropriate, or irrelevant. Similarly, the user and/or customer who communicates the personal data of a third party will be responsible for having obtained the corresponding permission from the concerned party as well as for the consequences in case otherwise.
Likewise, the user and/or customer who communicates personal data to SCIP declares to be of legal age and to have sufficient capacity to act in accordance with Spanish law. Any data provided about a minor will require the prior consent or authorization of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be considered responsible for the data provided by the minors in their charge.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
The personal data you provide will be of the identifying type (name and surname), contact details (address, phone numbers, and email), service information for which you are interested and other contact details or preferences. These data will be used with the generic purpose of managing and controlling the established contractual relationship and, specifically to:
- Manage access, provision, financial management and proper use of the Services by their users and, ultimately, the maintenance of the contractual relationship that is established with the client, in accordance with the nature and characteristics of the contracted services.
- To communicate with users in response to incidents, requests, comments, and questions made by us through the Services or contact forms on our website (including chats or phone calls).
- To provide, update, maintain, and protect the Services, Websites, and activities.
- To offer new products, services, special offers, or updates.
- If applicable, manage personnel selection processes in selective processes for employees and/or collaborators.
- In the case of SCIP forms that the interested parties fill out to participate in some of SCIP's commercial actions, the purpose will be to enable such participation.
- Communications: We may send you emails, messages, and other types of communications regarding the Services, technical issues, and changes to them. These communications are considered part of the Services and you cannot opt-out of them.
- Commercial Communications (Marketing): We may use your data to contact you, both electronically and non-electronically, to conduct surveys, obtain your opinion on the service provided, and, occasionally, to notify you of changes, important developments in services, offers, and/or promotions of our services or of third-party companies related to us. These commercial offers will be, in any event, expressly authorized by the user who can revoke at any time their consent to receive these notifications using the mechanism implemented to that effect in them.
- In cases where SCIP must access and/or process personal data for which the customer is the controller or processor, SCIP will process such data as the processor in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR.
We will not process your personal data for any other purpose beyond those described above unless imposed by law or there is a judicial requirement.
Information requests that are sent to us require that the interested person voluntarily provide us with the necessary data to be able to assist you or provide the Services. The obligation or necessity to provide these data will be indicated with an asterisk (*) in the forms or sections corresponding to each service.
However, the interested person is freely entitled to refuse to provide us with such data or subsequently revoke the previously granted consent to process their data, although this refusal will imply that we will be unable to address your request or provide the relevant service. SCIP understands that by providing us with those data, the interested person guarantees and is responsible for their truthfulness, timeliness, and accuracy, and expressly consents to their processing for the purposes described above.
DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING
The personal data provided for managing the customer relationship and the provision of the Services will be retained for the entire time the contract is in force or the purpose for which they were collected is valid. Once that relationship is finished, if applicable, the data may be retained for the time required by applicable legislation and until possible liabilities derived from the contract or legally assumed obligations by SCIP as a telecommunications service provider prescribe.
Data for managing inquiries and requests will be retained for the time necessary to respond to them, with a maximum period of one year.
Data for sending commercial communications of our products or services will be kept indefinitely until you express your desire to delete them, if applicable.
Personal data of people interested in receiving information about the Services will remain in the system indefinitely as long as the interested person does not request their deletion.
Data for selection processes will be kept for one year.
LEGITIMACY OF PROCESSING
The legal bases for data processing will be, as appropriate, the consent of the interested person as per Art. 6.1.a) of the GDPR, the necessity of the processing for the execution of a contract in which the interested person is a party or for the application of pre-contractual measures requested by them, as per Art 6.1.b) of the GDPR.
Similarly, we may process your data based on SCIP's Legitimate Interest as per Art. 6.1.f) of the GDPR to maintain and build loyalty among our clients and/or users and to better meet their previously expressed expectations or interests, e.g., improving services and products, managing requests, inquiries or complaints, offering similar products and services to those contracted, informing about promotions, etc., without prejudice to SCIP's compliance with the rest of obligations related to the sending of electronic commercial communications.
RECIPIENTS OF TRANSFERS
Generally, SCIP will not transfer your personal data to third parties unless we are legally required to do so or you have expressly authorized us when using our services.
In this sense, we inform you that to provide certain services, such as domain name registration, the personal data of the interested person may be transferred or communicated to the Competent National or International Registrant Authority or Body, in charge of the registration of the Domain Name in question. In this case, SCIP only communicates the essential data necessary to manage the interested person's request and provide the contracted services.

The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (known as IANA) is the entity overseeing the global assignment of IP addresses, autonomous systems, root DNS domain name servers, and other internet protocol-related resources.
Credit information systems. SCIP informs the CLIENT that, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of this data, and LOPD-GDD 3/ 2018 of December 5, in case of non-payment or delay in any of the amounts stated in the signed contract, your personal data may be included in the delinquency files (ICIRED), which will process them so they can be consulted by those individuals or legal entities who demonstrate a legitimate interest in this information.
By accepting the Service Conditions, you expressly consent to these transfers. In case of withdrawal of your consent, we will not be able to continue providing the Services.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation on whether personal data concerning them are processed in SCIP, or not. In particular, you can exercise the following rights before SCIP:
- Right of access: allows the interested person to know and obtain information about their personal data undergoing processing.
- Right of rectification: allows correcting errors, modifying inaccurate or incomplete data, and ensuring the accuracy of the information subject to processing.
- Right of deletion: allows requesting the deletion of the data subject to processing when they are no longer necessary for the execution or provision of the service.
- Right of opposition: the interested person's right to oppose the processing of their personal data or cease it unless there are legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of possible claims, in which case we will keep them blocked during the corresponding period while legal obligations persist.
- Right of opposition to advertising: Interested parties may oppose the sending of commercial communications by SCIP. In that case, you can revoke at any time your consent to receive these notifications using the mechanism implemented to that effect in them or from the client account preferences.
- Limitation of processing: In certain circumstances, interested parties can request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case they will only be retained for exercising or defending claims.
- Data portability: interested parties can request to receive the data concerning them that they have provided us with or –if technically possible– to send them to another data controller of their choice, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- Right not to be subject to individual automated decisions (including profiling): the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces effects or significantly affects.
Possibility of withdrawing consent: Likewise, the interested person has the right to withdraw at any time the consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given at the time of providing us with their data.

Possibility of claiming before the Supervisory Authority: SCIP also informs you of your right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Retention of certain data: SCIP informs that, in compliance with the provisions of Law 25/2007, of October 18, concerning the retention of data related to electronic communications and public communication networks, it must retain and preserve certain traffic data generated during communications to be transferred to the authorized authorities when the legal circumstances provided therein occur.
WHOIS Data: As a requirement established by ICANN or the Competent Registrant Organization, the Domain Name holder authorizes the publication of data related to the ownership of the Domain Name in question and the administrative, technical, and billing contacts which, according to regulations, must be public and accessible from the whois of the competent registrars.
Usage Information: Metadata of the services. When a user interacts with the Services, metadata is stored that provides additional context about how users operate.
Social Networks: SCIP has a profile on the main social networks of the Internet (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) being responsible for the processing of data of its followers, fans, subscribers, commentators, and other user profiles (hereinafter, followers). However, insofar as the processing of personal data is carried out within the framework of the social networks whose providers set the operational rules SCIP's obligations will be limited to those aspects where it is free to act. Thus, SCIP may inform its followers by any means allowed by the social network about its news, activities, or promotions. SCIP will not extract data from social networks unless explicit and express consent of the user is obtained for it.
Registered Data: As with most Services provided over the Internet, our servers automatically collect information when the user uses the Services. These log data may include the IP address, the device ID from which the Services are accessed, the operating system, and the device configuration.
Security measures: SCIP has implemented sufficient mechanisms to:
- Ensure the permanent confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services.
- Restore the availability and access to personal data promptly in case of a physical or technical incident.
- Regularly verify, evaluate, and assess the effectiveness of the technical and organizational measures implemented to guarantee the security of processing.
- Pseudonymize and encrypt personal data where applicable.
